A Practical Framework to Audit and Cut Your AI Stack This Month

Here's the actual process I ran on my own stack, and the one I'd recommend to any solo founder or small team who suspects — even vaguely — that their AI tool spend has gotten ahead of their AI tool usage.

Step 1: List every tool and its true monthly cost

Not your best guess — pull actual billing history from the last three months for every AI tool, including usage-based components, not just the base subscription.
